40×40

The exhibition celebrates the 40 years of designer and architect Paolo Favaretto's activity. The exhibition design was inspired by Paolo’s background as an architect as well as by the exhibition's location - an old factory space where the breezeblock endwall is left unfinished. Temporary plinths were created with architectural building materials such as breeze blocks and OSB boards. The drawings and sketches were pinned to architect’s pin-boards leaning on the walls. The exhibition was structured in four sections linked to four corresponding decades from 1973 to 2013.
