To celebrate Christie’s history of showcasing and selling extraordinary art, the WORKS collective presented a special window installation at Christie’s during London Design Festival 2013.
WORKS is a collective of Royal College of Art graduates, formed in 2012. The installation of 20 LIONS embodied the group’s philosophy of individuality and equality. Each member created a sketch and a sculpture of a lion in their chosen medium – resulting in a series of highly unique, yet cohesive objects.
